Anderson Moulding, Doors & Windows is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales & Support Associate to join our Culver City team. If you enjoy working directly with customers, have experience in windows and doors, and thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment, we’d love to connect with you.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-showroom position supporting both walk-in customers and our outside sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping customers select the right windows and doors for their projects while keeping showroom operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and over the phone with window and door selections.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs, project scope, and product options.
- Showcase products and explain features, benefits, and differences clearly and confidently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Support outside sales reps, including assisting with Will Call pickups.
- Process payments and assist with receiving materials.
- Keep showroom, displays, and inventory areas clean, organized, and professional.
- Stay current on product offerings and industry trends.
- Balance sales goals with daily administrative and support tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in window and door sales or related building materials.
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
- Customer-service mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable handling clerical and administrative responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required.
